I'm getting too many messages, how do I change this?
You can manage how often Cleo messages you here. Otherwise, you can say "Notifications" to Cleo and she'll give you the options to manage your notifications and/or snooze her messages.

How do I delete my account?
If you would like to deactivate Cleo and unsubscribe from her messages, go to your profile settings page and click the delete button at the bottom of the page. Once your deletion request has been processed there's no going back 💔
What happens to my transaction and bank details?
All of your transactions will be deleted permanently as well as your account details.
We never hold your login details, we just have read-only access through our world-class third party provider, SaltEdge.
