Why has your account been disconnected?

Your bank accounts can be disconnected occasionally during your time with Cleo.  This can happen for a number of reasons like your banking details have changed or a drop in connection with your bank and is nothing to worry about.  

You can reconnect at any time, this wont effect your transaction history and once reconnected Cleo will fill in the gaps on your transaction history and carry on as normal. 

You can reconnect in 2 ways - 

  1. Cleo will let you know in messenger when you are disconnected and give you the option to reconnect. 
  2. Go to your accounts page and hit reconnect to get back on track.
