How do I add a bill?

Head over to the Bills page on the web dashboard, or say "manage bills" to Cleo and follow the link provided. 

Next, click the Add Bills tab to reveal a list of potential bills. Press the add '+' button to categorise this spend as a bill.

Still don't see your bill? Scroll on down to the All transactions section and select the entries which should also be recognised as bills.

You can also tag any transaction on the main dashboard as a bill. Just click on the transaction label, or directly on the transaction if on mobile, and select "Bills" from the drop down menu.

How do I edit a bill?

Head over to the Bills page on the web dashboard, or say "manage bills" to Cleo and follow the link provided. 

Here you will see an overview of your bills. In the first tab, you will see all of your bills as classified by Cleo. 


To edit the name, amount or due date of a bill, click directly on the entry to reveal the options to 'edit' or 'remove'. Press the edit button to manually change these details. You will also have the option to postpone the bill, skipping the payment for a month.

How do I remove a bill?

To remove a bill, click the remove button. This transaction will also be discounted from the upcoming bills section in your budget.

If you would like to completely exclude the transaction from your bills, budget and insights, head on over to your transactions list. Click on the on the entry label, or directly on the transaction if on mobile, and select "Exclude" from the drop down menu.
