The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect on May 25, 2018. It gives consumers new rights regarding personal data, and places new responsibilities on companies around how they manage and store that data.

We take the security of your data very seriously, and we're committed to assuring and respecting your privacy. You can read more about how we collect data, on what basis, and the ways that it's protected in our Privacy Notice.

Under the Data Protection Act (2018) and the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679), you have the right to request a copy of the personal data that a company holds on you.

This is called a Service Access Request. In the past many companies charged £10 for the service - under new regulation, it’s free to everyone.

If you would like to request a copy of your personal data from Cleo, please fill in the form below. We're required to provide the information within a month of receiving your request, with exceptions that you can read about in our Privacy Notice.
